SHIPPING POLICY

Products are shipped to customers upon receipt of payment in full.

Shipping charges are based on customer location and order size and are added to the account charges at the time of order.

Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as product is available.

Orders may be shipped as partial fulfillment, if select items are out of stock

Insufficient funds and/or other payment refusals will be charged the amount of order plus 10%
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept return of products with the following conditions.

All returns must be PRE-APPROVED and include a return-authorization code

Products must be unused and returned in original packing.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
